The duties include smooth sales operations, team-oriented leadership and training of staff, quality control according to HACCP, and supporting the team leadership with workforce scheduling, inventory and onboarding. Everyday work in the specialty store includes selling fresh products, baking in the branch, preparing breakfast and snacks, hot drinks, cashiering and hygiene. A completed vocational training in gastronomy, hospitality or food retail as well as customer- and employee-oriented behaviour are desired.
