    Das Central-Hotel Kaiserhof bildet ab 2027 Hotelfachleute in einem der traditionsreichsten Hotelbetriebe Hannovers aus. Auszubildende durchlaufen Bereiche wie Frühstück, Bankett, à-la-carte-Service, Bar, Rezeption, Housekeeping, Küche und Verwaltung. Dazu kommen Gästekorrespondenz, kaufmännische Grundlagen und der Umgang mit Hotel-EDV sowie monatliche Azubischulungen.
